100% Sangiovese from a selection of the best grapes in the vineyards, this wine is matured in Slavonian oak barrels for 36 months, with another four months ageing in the bottle. When it is young, it is rich in scents of flowers and fruit. When it has aged, it aquires complex etheral characteristics and offers a broad bouquet with an aroma of autumn leaves.

Brunello is one of leading Itaian wines in the world. Made around the town of Montalcino exclusively with Sangiovese grape that ripens better in these hills. "Brunello di Montalcino" requires by law to have min. 4 years ageing before released, with 2 years in barrels or oaks. It is a dry red vivacious wine, elegant with harmonic body and flavour, a persistent nose, with signs of wood. A good vintage well made Brunello, can age for up to 50 years, if kept in the correct conditions.

Winery Information:

Was once the feudal field of the noble and powerful Siennese family the Tolomei. Since 1850 this estate has
belonged to the Ciacci family. Tenuta di Sesta first vintage of Brunello di Montalcino dates back to 1966, a
date that underlines the winery membership among the historical producers of these prestigious red wines.
The vineyards are located south of Montalcino in an enviable position regarded by most experts as one of
absolute privilege, allowing the vines to benefit from climatic advantages, added to the quality of, the "terroir"
and the family philosophy to produce wines that express the intensity, the elegance and the decisive character of
